Union Activities

The Grassroots Trade Union of HS Hyosung Quang Nam Co., Ltd. was established in 2020

 

I. Objectives of Trade Union activities:

Building a strong workforce of workers, the Executive Committee of the Communist Party of China ensures to well performs the function of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the collective of union members; building a harmonious, stable and developing relationship; promoting civil service movements.
 

II. The main tasks of the Union:

1. Take care of and protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
- Regularly monitor the implementation of policies and regimes for employees.
- Coordinating with the company's board of directors to resolve all employees' complaints about legitimate rights and interests.
- Regularly capture the thoughts and aspirations of the employees to resolve the legitimate requests and aspirations of the employees to ensure that there is no situation of strikes and collective labor disputes.
- Strengthening activities of visiting, helping to take practical care of the spiritual life of employees.
- Take advantage of the support and facilitation of the Board of Education of the company to organize forms of taking care of the spiritual life of employees such as Arts, sports, and other movements..., creating a joyful atmosphere among employees, striving to perform well the tasks of the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union, meeting the legitimate aspirations of the employees.

2. Building a strong trade union:
- Promote the mobilization and development of new union members to reach the rate of 90% or more of union members
- Regularly consolidating the entire machine of the Communist Party of Vietnam from the divisional unions.
